Vi har desværre ingen ledige boxe i denne størrelse og afdeling. Vi har ledige containere i vores afdelinger i Herlev, Rødovre og Nordhavn, samt depotrum i Valby.

Når du har gennemført din booking, modtager du en velkomst-mail med information omkring dit lejemål, samt instruktioner om at få adgang til det. Du modtager altså følgende på mail for at få adgang til din box i den afdeling du har valgt:

– kode til port eller hoveddøren for at komme ind
– kode til en nøgleboks, der sidder på døren til dit lejemål, hvor du finder selve nøglen til hængelåsen

Du kan flytte ind fra den dato, du har valgt som startdato.

Husk altid at tage nøglen med dig hjem og opbevar den et sikkert sted.

Dine ejendele er sikkert opbevaret i din aflåste box. Din box er helt aflukket med vores forsikringsgodkendte hængelåse. Dine ejendele er, i de fleste tilfælde, dækket af din indboforsikring. Vi anbefaler at du, for en god ordens skyld, oplyser dit forsikringsselskab om opbevaring af dine genstande hos os.

Ønsker du at opsige din box sender du blot en skriftlig opsigelse til kundeservice@boxstation.dk. Når dit lejemål ophører og du har ryddet din box afleverer du nøglen i vores key-drop ved udgangen.

Du kan selvfølgelig besøge din box lige når det passer dig. Vi har åbent 24 timer i døgnet – 365 dage om året. Du kan køre helt hen til døren af din box, så du på nemmeste måde kan flytte dine ejendele ind og ud.

Vi ser frem til at opbevare dine ting for dig.
